1. Kader IPM, proven by a mandatory letter from the current IPM level;

2. Self-driven and passionate about learning;

3. Have strong problem-solving and ideas;

4. Able to commit to the full duration of the training;

5. Strongly motivated to be active for IPM in the future;

6. Attach your PKMTM III Certificate, Curriculum Vitae, Motivation Letter (maximum 500 words), and Portfolio.
